We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to join our outbound sales team. This role is focused on generating opportunities, building relationships with prospects, running product demos, and closing new customers.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect SMBs across the US, Canada, EMEA, and Australia.
- Make high-volume outbound calls and send emails to generate opportunities.
- Connect with business owners, HR managers, and recruiters to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Follow up with leads, trials, and opportunities to drive conversions.
- Manage your pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling or call center sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Comfortable working shifts aligned with US, EMEA, or Australian markets.

- ₱60,000–₱70,000 base salary.
- OTE of ₱100,000+.
