As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Associate with outbound calling and account management experience to drive new customer acquisition and ensure ongoing success for our users.

We’re growing and looking for a true outbound sales rep someone who’s focused on bringing in new business and knows how to win deals.
About the Role
This is a pure hunting role. You’ll be reaching out to small and mid-sized businesses across the US, Canada, EMEA, and Australia, starting conversations, and closing new customers.
You’ll need to be comfortable working across different time zones depending on the market you’re covering. Most of your day will be spent prospecting, calling, and following up this isn’t an inbound or account management role.
If you’re the type who likes building pipeline from zero and closing your own deals, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making a high volume of outbound calls and sending emails daily
- Speaking with business owners, HR managers, and recruiters to understand their hiring needs
- Walking prospects through the product and getting them started on a free trial
- Following up consistently and moving deals through the pipeline
- Hitting (and ideally beating) weekly and monthly targets
- Keeping your CRM clean and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Someone who has consistently hit or exceeded quota
- Experience closing deals end-to-end you’re not just booking meetings
- Comfortable making a lot of calls and building your own pipeline
- Strong communication skills you can keep conversations simple and direct
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and CRM usage
- Experience selling to SMBs or in the hiring/recruitment space is a plus
- Competitive mindset you like winning and getting paid for it
