What You'll Do:
You know the client side of staffing. You've taken a job order, told the client their salary is too low, and fixed the posting before it went out. This is that, for hundreds of businesses at once.
- Advise customers on job titles, descriptions, and salary ranges that will actually get applicants in their market.
- Help customers understand why their listings aren't performing and coach them through fixes.
- Work with small business owners who've never used a recruiter, on how to compete for candidates.
- Identify patterns in customer issues and help the team solve them faster.
This role is for you if...
- You've spent 2+ years as an Account Manager, Staffing Consultant, or client-facing recruiter at a recruitment agency or staffing agency, working with employers who hire for trades, hospitality, healthcare, or light industrial roles.
- You've pushed back on a bad job order and helped a client fix it. You know why some postings attract applicants and others sit empty.
- You're done with the agency grind and want a salaried role where your expertise helps hundreds of businesses.

- $65,000-$80,000 base plus bonus tied to customer satisfaction, not sales quotas.
